Hi Peoples

I think peoples sounds a lot nicer than peeps. I just cannot shake the mental image of referring to my friends as bird-shaped marshmallows. And then I get distracted, and small talk isn't really possible. That happens a lot.

First of all my name is Charlotte. And I'm going into seventh grade. I'm having fun with my summer, even though I'm not doing any of the things on my list of stuff to do...which, to give you an idea of, um, me, was:

1. Write more poetry
2. Blog
3. Draw
4. Surf the web
5. Complete extra-credit Algebra book

So I'm planning to do the first four of those things on this site. Woohoo! Mediocre multitasking! The fifth can wait until the last week of vacation.

And I will end this post with that. Yes, it is a short one, but mostly because it is my first. Just an intro. It would be awkward to try and work in one of the topics I have in mind. Get to know me through my writing. See you later I guess?
